Deposits must be paid within 72 hours of acceptance. Failure to do so will result in cancellation to accommodate waitlisted guests.

PREFERRED CHECK OUT TIME

Last Day of Boarding Pick-up Time: We prefer boarding dogs to be picked up by 2 pm on their last day of boarding. If you need to pick up your kids later, that’s no problem, but a “Late Pick up/Daycamp Fee” of $5 per hour, per dog will apply after 2 pm every hour until closing time. If not picked up by closing time then your dogs will stay the night.

After Hours Pick Up Not Allowed: If your dog is not picked up by the time the staff leaves for the night, you’ll have to pick her up the next day. Employees reserve the right to leave at closing time so please don’t ask them to stay.

Everything involved in boarding your pal, including up to 3 hours of DayCamp play every day, is covered in the nightly rate except for the following:

Grooming Spa Services

Grooming services will cost you extra but it’s what’s required to get them clean right before its time to go home. We have a full grooming salon here serviced by our professional and certified groomers. You have the option of selecting a “Quick Wash”, “Groomer’s Bath”, “Full Groom or De-Shedding Treatment”.

Extra Special Feeding Instructions

There is no charge for us to follow your feeding routines except in cases where you have an extensive list that takes us longer than the average time for one doggie. We certainly don’t mind preparing their meals exactly how they are used to getting them, but we have to charge you $3 per meal per dog to take the time to do it properly.

Lil' Scouts

Created by the masterminds of Poochie’s Park to give the dogs (and their moms and dads) something special! Choose Lil Scouts Adventure Club for 30 minutes of a special enrichment activity with a Scout Leader in a small club of only 4 other dogs of their age and size. Or, when you select 1on1 you’ll get to pick a skill from our list and your dog will work on that skill for 30 minutes 1on1 with their Scout Leader. Mom and Dad get a text/email each day with pics and video starring their dog. Click on the Lil Scouts tab for info.

Medicine Administration

Fee: $2 per administration. PILLS: If it’s a pill that your dog needs to take, please bring us something (not peanut butter, too messy) to hide the pill in if they won’t eat it right out of their food bowl. If they are not eating their pill, we will try to open their mouth and have them swallow it but if they seem nervous, we will not push it. Instead of forcing it, we will sell you a bag of our “Pill Pockets” to get him to swallow it. The Manager is the only one in the building that administers meds. We will ensure they get their medications on time and every time.

Veterinary Services

If veterinary services are needed, it will cost extra. We would only have the doctors next door treat your dog with your permission first as long as you can be reached. If you can’t be reached, then Poochie’s manager with the guidance of our veterinarian will decide on your behalf if your pet should get treatment.

Attention Special Medical Needs Dogs!

Boarding is a big change in your dog’s lifestyle which can affect their health in adverse ways. With the vets here working alongside us, Poochie’s does have the ability to take very good care of your dog during their stay but we need your cooperation. The following requirement is for any dog that needs extra special health monitoring and treatments during their stay. :::::: PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION with us, your dog needs to have an exam from one of OUR vets on site. During the exam and consult with you, they will come up with a plan of treatment for Poochie’s to follow during your pet’s stay with us. During the boarding stay, Poochie’s needs to charge you an additional $10 per day to follow the routine, fill out the health chart that the vet gives us, and administer any special meds needed. The vets next door will also be on standby for us to ask any questions we have or to check in on your dog anytime we ask them to.
